Ecology, Evolution, and Marine Biology at the University of California,
Santa Barbara, has received the G. Evelyn Hutchinson Award from the
American Society of Limnology and Oceanography (ASLO).

among a total of 72 new members elected to the prestigious academy

They discovered that fish larvae that survive a long, rough, offshore journey eventually arrive at a near shore reef in good condition, and that they thrive afterwards.
