Abstract
The project includes the further development and validation of a mathematical modeling framework of the senior investigator (Muller). Early on in the project, Muller will be involved in the design of experimental work that will be used to generate data for the evaluation and validation of models. In addition, Muller will supervise model development and validation by the PhD student, as well as serving as a committee member on graduate mentees.
