Abstract
The Ocean and Coastal Policy Center (OCPC) at UC Santa Barbara will provide policy research, analysis, writing, and advising in support of a larger team effort led by Lynker Corporation to prepare a Resilience and Watershed Management Plan for Hilo Bay. The primary focus of OCPC work will be on matters of integrated coastal management, governance, and law and policy implementation as they relate to achieving a vision for environmental and socio-economic resilience in Hilo Bay and the watershed. Work will be performed by Dr. Charles Lester, OCPC Director.
