Abstract
The Ocean and Coastal Policy Center at UC Santa Barbara (OCPC) will provide policy research, analysis, writing, and advising and in support of a larger team effort led by Lynker to prepare a Sustainability Plan for the Island of Guåhan/Guam. The primary focus of OCPC work will be on matters of land use, integrated coastal management, governance and law and policy implementation as they relate to achieving a vision for environmental and socio-economic sustainability in Guam in 2050. Work will be performed by Dr. Charles Lester, OCPC director and UCSB researcher.
