This project, led by Coastal Quest, will work collaboratively with the Ocean Protection Council (OPC) to develop and adaptively manage a new Technical Assistance (TA) program that drives sea level rise adaptation funding to vulnerable communities most in need of support. The approach includes an assessment of gaps and priorities for SLR in California (CA) to design a TA framework that addresses the State’s highest priority areas and communities. The TA will have three levels, offering tailored and customized support to potential applicants based on their needs- including capacity building and grant writing support.
