Abstract
We aim to unlock advances in collaborative energy and climate research through targeted investments in program and project management. We will accelerate and amplify the impact of emLab’s energy and climate program though: 1) hiring a new specialized energy and climate project manager; 2) developing robust mentorship, training, and tools for all of emLab’s project managers; and 3) applying emLab’s project management approach to two research projects in energy and climate justice.
