Brian Emery conducts research that aims to improve the maps of coastal ocean currents measured with High Frequency (HF) radar, through the adaptation of signal processing methods, improved algorithms, and quantified uncertainty. The goal of this research is to advance the understanding of the dynamics of the coastal ocean.
